As a Group, we recognize that ensuring transparent, sound, and nimble management is essential to achieving sustainable growth and enhancing corporate value. Accordingly, we have made the strengthening of our corporate governance framework a key management priority and have pursued continuous improvement. In FY2025/3, we reviewed our risk management framework and the operation of our internal control systems to strengthen our ability to respond to risks on a global scale.
Advancements in AI and other cutting-edge technologies are expanding the possibilities of the entertainment industry day by day. Embracing these changes as opportunities rather than threats, our Group has consistently taken on new challenges. The boundless creativity of each and every one of our employees is our Group’s greatest driving force. The content, products, and services born of that creativity enhance the value of our IP and enable us to deliver new experiences and memories to our customers around the world. In FY2025/3, the first year of our three-year reboot, we worked to expand the global fanbase for our IP by engaging through diverse touchpoints, while building a stronger foundation for our organization for the future. Going forward, we will continue to refine our content to deliver experiences that move our customers—bringing color to their lives and providing value they will cherish for years to come.
